Trebor Asset Industries, LLC invests in distressed properties within the United States and Puerto Rico for the purpose of renovating and reselling for profit to other investors and to owner occupants.
We aim to maintain a balanced investment strategy that uses a reasonable level of built-in equity and purchased equity to protect against decreases in property values. At the same time, we use the leverage made available through traditional and creative real estate lending vehicles to maximize our asset acquisition and income production overall.

I am a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a successful track record in operational and supervisory leadership. As a 32-year veteran of Federal Government Service, I have compiled a diverse and correlated skill set that has enhanced my ability to identify and maximize opportunities for our Real Estate Investment Company. My Real Estate investment experience dates back to 1990, where I was a licensed Sales Agent. Through the years, my experience spans from property management, buy and holds project for portfolio growth and fix/flip projects. My business knowledge and experience has enabled me to bring together a complete and comprehensive Real Estate investment practice that is focused on its’ long term goals.
