Every investment is unique. The level of renovation work for each property is highly dependent on the expected exit strategy for the property, ranging from minor cosmetic improvements to major structural overhaul and remodeling.

We implement processes, procedures and controls that allow for us to continually improve our ability to estimate and execute on property renovations. Performing on-budget and on-schedule is a large component of our success.
