We typically categorize our acquisitions as development opportunities, then either acquire and hold within our portfolio or reposition for a value-added approach. Full-time real estate and staging consultants provide all real estate and marketing services. Together, we assess a property and the local market from where a plan, budget and exit strategy are created. Target properties include single family residence, 2-4 unit multi-family residence, and land development.
